Flatrock Motorclub, located near Knoxville, Tennessee, has officially opened its 3.5-mile, 23-turn "Club" circuit for members.

Construction on the venue began in October 2022. The Transtec Group, specialists in pavement engineering, oversaw the technical paving and grading process, using locally sourced materials from Tennessee to create a durable, high-performance surface with three layers of asphalt, the facility said.

Flatrock's "Club" circuit features 127 ft. of elevation changes, and simulations of a GT3 car on the 23-turn circuit show an average speed of 101 mph, according to track officials.

Additional developments are scheduled to open in 2025, including a karting track and clubhouse for members. Future phases include a 2.7-mile FIA Grade II "Grand Prix" track, as well as a hotel, restaurant, campground, amphitheater for events and more.
